MORIO.exe (character) is the worst enemy of MORIO, and the main antagonist of his show. It happened once Weegee looked at the MORIO.exe video, and accidentally used the Weegee Virus on the video. Then suddenly came out the character version of MORIO.exe. Once his creation was found out, MamaLuigi22 and Weegee informed MORIO of his creation, and it has plagued MORIO ever since.
